Crossroads Mediation Services was founded in 1995 by James Cross.  As an attorney, Mr. Cross believed that litigation should be the last resort for agencies involved in disputes. 

Initially, Crossroads offered divorce and employment mediation in the private sector. In 2002, the firm was approved by the General Services Administration to join its list of vendors to provide Equal Employment Opportunity services to the federal government.

Since that time, the firm has become one of the largest providers of the following services: Mediation; EEO Counseling; EEO Investigations; and preparation of Final Agency Decisions.  Crossroads has grown steadily since its inception and has handled thousands of EEO matters.

Fabienne Wilson joined the Crossroads team more than 10 years ago to manage the company’s information systems, security, operations, and financial processes. She purchased Crossroads from James Cross in January 2017. Crossroads continues to provide an increasing number of EEO cases year after year under her leadership.
