Fabienne Wilson, President
Ms. Wilson has been a force behind Crossroads for 10 years. She previously worked on the company’s information systems, security, operations, and financial processes. She is intimately familiar with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company and understands the needs and values of Crossroads long-time clients and looks forward to helping new agencies. Fabienne purchased Crossroads from James Cross in January 2017. Ms. Wilson is a graduate of La Sorbonne in Paris, France.
James Cross, Consultant/Advisor
Mr. Cross founded Crossroads in 1995. His career has been spent as a mediator, EEO Counselor, EEO Investigator, Final Agency Decision writer, private sector lawyer and government relations representative. His extensive knowledge of the EEO world makes him an invaluable asset to the company. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Lewis and Clark College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Hamline University School of Law.
Kelly Costello, Chief Project Manager
Ms. Costello is responsible for the day-to-day project management of the hundreds of cases handled by Crossroads each year. She is the main liaison between the Agencies and the Investigative Staff of Crossroads. She is the Maestro that keeps everything running smoothly. She has been with the firm since 2003 and has gained extensive management and customer service experience through her work in the telecommunications industry, as well as paralegal experience. Ms. Costello graduated from Peirce College.
Mary McGoldrick, Ruth Hall, and Michele Tesoro, Case Reviewers
Our strong review team provides detailed oversight of each and every report developed by Crossroads’ counselors, investigators, and FAD writers. They each have extensive human resources and EEO experience with the federal government. They provide invaluable input into the quality and review process of the cases before they are delivered to the customer.
Joanne Levesque, Bethany Lauster, Mary Anne Moreau and Grace Nammour Production Team
The production team members are responsible for all case processing for Crossroads, from receipt of cases from the investigative staff to its timely shipment to the customer. This work includes proper redaction of personal identifying information and security sensitive information. All are fully trained to recognize this information in documents.
Mediators, EEO Counselors, EEO Investigators, and Final Agency Decision Writers
Crossroads has a large cadre of over 85 highly experienced professionals located throughout the country, and most have worked with Crossroads exclusively for years. They come from a variety of backgrounds, including law, EEO management, Human Resources management, and business. Each has received extensive training in EEO law and procedures, including annual training from Crossroads.
