Fabienne Wilson is the new co-owner of Crossroads. She purchased the company from James Cross on 1/1/2017. She had previously worked for the company for 10 years and is intimately familiar with all aspects of the operation. She managed all the financial operations, as well as the production process. She was also the information systems and security officer. Ms. Wilson is a graduate of La Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Alex Wilson Is other co-owner Crossroads and head of marketing and new business acquisition. He is an international real estate developer and experience in business sales and acquisitions.

James Cross was the original owner of Crossroads which he started in 1995. His functions have now migrated to training and mentoring the new investigators as well as consolidating and updating Crossroads extensive set of procedures and templates. His extensive knowledge of the EEO world makes him an excellent asset as a consultant to the company. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Lewis and Clark College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Hamline University School of Law. He has extensive experience as a mediator, EEO Counselor, EEO Investigator, Final Agency Decision writer, and trainer. Prior to founding Crossroads, he served as a government relations representative in Washington, D.C. and as an attorney for private sector companies.

Kelly Costello is the chief project manager and is responsible for the day-to-day project management of the hundreds of cases handled by Crossroads each year. She has been with the firm since 2003. She has extensive management and customer service experience in the telecommunications industry, as well as paralegal experience. She is a graduate of Peirce College.

Kathleen Marlowe, Mary McGoldrick and Sandra Morton provide technical and sufficiency review of all the work produced by Crossroads counselors, investigators, and FAD writers. They have extensive human resources and EEO experience with the Federal government. They provide invaluable input into the quality and review process of the cases before they are delivered to the customer. 

Maria Nilsen, Joanne Levesque and Mary Anne Moreau are responsible for case processing for Crossroads, from receipt of cases to timely shipment. This work includes proper redaction of personal identifying information and security sensitive information. All are fully trained in to recognize this information in documents. Ms. Nilsen is a graduate of West Virginia State College and has U.S. Navy and law firm administrative experience. Ms. Levesque is a graduate of Strayer University and has a BS in Computer Information Systems. She will be taking over the computer support functions from Ms. Wilson as well as assisting with the finances. Ms. Moreau is a graduate from 

Mediators, EEO Counselors, EEO Investigators, and Final Agency Decision Writers: Crossroads has a large cadre of highly experienced professionals located throughout the country, and most have worked with Crossroads exclusively for years. They come from a variety of backgrounds, including law, EEO management, Human Resources management, and business. Each has received extensive training in EEO law and procedures, including annual training from Crossroads.
